Service Description
Complimentary session...we get to know your needs and see if our programs are a good fit for you. We will have you fill out our regular new client forms for this assessment. Our hope is we will partner with you and help you meet your goals. This service is for the individual who is ready to commit to their health and a program but is not sure if this is the right path for them. Join one of our programs same day and get high priority scheduling! Their is no fee for this session unless a consultation is schedule. This will be discussed your intro call.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that everyone's time is valuable. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If an emergency happens please contact 216-402-7070 to make aware of your circumstances. We reserve the right to charge the client the entire consultation fee for cancellations without 24 hour notice. Thank you
